Brenden Doyle - Founder
A native of Gloucester, Massachusetts, his family was deeply rooted in both commercial and recreational fishing. Brenden quickly developed a passion for the sea. His love for the ocean led him to pursue a career in the Navy, where he continued to hone his knowledge of the maritime world.
During his time in the Navy, Brenden and his father often discussed the untapped potential for sustainable aquaculture on the North Shore. Seeing a unique opportunity to cultivate oysters, hard clams, and other shellfish close to home, Brenden began his quest to find the perfect location.
In 2017, after years of searching, Brenden acquired a 4-acre parcel of salt marsh nestled in the heart of The Great Marsh on the Rowley River in Rowley, Massachusetts. This pristine site, with its crystal-clear waters and vibrant ecosystem, proved to be the ideal location for Brenden's vision of creating a sustainable aquaculture industry on the North Shore.
Brenden's deep respect for the ocean and his commitment to protecting its delicate ecosystem is reflected in every aspect of his business.
